About the role
Overview.
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level platform testing and general support role. With the rapid advances in LLM-assisted development, the landscape has shifted. We can afford to be selective about who we bring on board, and we're looking for sharp, adaptable people who are eager to learn.
You'll be responsible for testing our applications and platforms, reporting issues, and providing general support to the development team. This is a hands-on role with genuine opportunity to grow your skills across the full stack.
The work
Key responsibilities.
- Test web and mobile applications across browsers and devices, logging bugs clearly
- Perform platform QA on internal tools and client-facing products
- Assist developers with general tasks, data entry, and ad-hoc support
- Help maintain documentation and write basic test scripts
- Pick up miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep the team moving
What you bring
What we're looking for.
- A basic understanding of how software and web applications work
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to finding issues
- Clear written communication. You'll need to describe bugs in a way developers can act on
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly, no prior professional experience required
- A reliable, self-motivated attitude. You'll be working remotely
